Sales Manager for EU Region


Role summary:
As a Sales Manager for EU Region in FL Technics, you will be responsible for global B2B sales in aviation industry.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals and sales contracts.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • University degree in Sales or related field
  • Fluency in English (Russian knowledge would be an advantage);
  • 3-5 years of sales experience;
  • Ability to persuade and influence others, to develop and deliver presentations, to create and edit written materials;
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques;
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
