Reliability Engineer

Job Description:

•  Drafting of reliability program reports and their submission to clients, manufacturers, and authorized institutions;

•  Efficiency analysis of the maintenance program;

•  Calculation, analysis, modelling of information related with availability program, forecasts, conclusions and recommendations;

•  Organisation of meetings of the reliability program with customers, authorised institutions, presentations of reliability program, provision of conclusions and recommendations;

•  Interaction with other EPD personnel for correct analysis of defects and finding solutions to increase the reliability and their proper delivery to customers;

•  Responsible for Reliability program continuously improvement process;

•  Exchange of information with other EPD employees, if they are related to the conclusions and recommendations of the reliability program, thus ensuring that recommendations are implemented and yield the necessary results;

•  Ensuring that all information received from the client is timely included in the reliability monitoring system (Excel, Oases etc.);

•  Interaction with aircraft and parts manufacturers and customers;

•  Performance of the assigned tasks according to established procedures and deadlines, in accordance with the quality standards;

•  Communicate with customer direct, by phone, e-mail;

•  Reliability related technical records handling;

•  Good knowledge of FLT internal procedures for CAME, MOE, CPM;

•  Support other engineering unit groups when require;

•  Participate in the engineering unit daily activities for daily processes improvement.

 

Requirements:

•  University or College Degree in Engineering (preferably in Aerospace or Aviation);

•  Ability to analyze data;

•  English language knowledge (level 2);

•  Familiarity with manufacturing and design environments;

•  Good computer working skills (Windows, MS Office);

•  Ability work as team member with other group employees;

•  Ability to work with little or no supervision
