Job description:

Requirements:

* Valid ICAO II type licence (EASA Part 66 Licence B1/B2 is an advantage);
* Type training B 737 300/400/500; B737 600/700/800/900; B757 200/PW/RR, A320, ATR 42/72.
* Work experience as aviation technician;
* Good technical English language knowledge;
* High responsibility sense and team work spirit;
* Flexible, able to work under pressure and motivated;
* Willingness to work shifts and abroad.

Deputy Director for  Engineering Department 

We are looking for ways to both expand our Engineering Team and Develop the quality of engineering output to Internal and 3-rd party customers.

Responsibilities:

·         Liaison with manufacturers, vendors, authorities and customers

·         AD/SB evaluation and processing

·         Modification data package preparation

·         Maintenance Task Card authoring

·         Maintenance program development and support

·         Regulation review and assessment

·         Aircraft delivery/re-delivery services

·         Process improvement and analysis

·         MEL development and support

·         Accomplishment of Airworthiness Review

Qualification requirements:

·         University degree in aircraft engineering or relevant job experience min 5 years in Part M organization

·         Knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance and manuals (Boeing 737 aircrafts and/or A320 family)

·         Valid EASA B1 or B2 license for A320 and/or B737NG as advantage.

·         Experience in supervising role

·         Fluent in English. Russian as advantage.

·         Valid Human factor training;

·         Valid Fuel tank safety training;

·         Training in IR Part-M, including Subpart I Airworhiness review

Type Training Manager

Applicant will be responsible for:

- Ensure that all the type training courses and examinations are carried out in accordance with company procedures;

- Examination system for type training;

- Definition of the requirements of qualification of the instructors and examiners and checking their enforcement.

- Definition of the requirements of continuation training, of the planning of training and checking their enforcement;

- Launching and preparation of the course according to the order / contract, checking that the theoretical and practical training’s required by contract are carried out and recorded according to the current rules and procedures;

- Assessment and management of the providers and subcontractors.

NDT Engineer / NDT Technician 

 

Your key responsibilities will involve providing NDT inspection on aircraft parts/components in accordance with NDT procedures and instructions as used by the employer:

 B737 / B757 NDT Manuals, SAAB2000/SAAB340 NDT Manuals, ABSC NDT Manual, Honeywell NDT Manual, BF Goodrich NDT Manual, DUNLOP NDT Manual, FL Technics NDT Instructions Manual,  etc.

Our suitable candidate should be certified EN 4179 Level 2 and:

  

  - must hold qualification certificate, as a minimum, in Eddy current and Ultrasonic method in accordance with standard EN 4179

 

  - certificate in Magnetic Particle and Penetrant Method, standard EN 4179, may have an advantage

 

  - strong aerospace NDT experience, as minimum 2 years, is essential

 

  - normal duties will be based at our Vilnius facilities, however working at our line stations sites throughout the Europe and CIS will be required and this may involve extended day and weekend working

 

  - entry level: you must pass the specific examination on NDT methods sought and FL Technics Quality system requirements

Line Maintenance Manager  

 

We are looking for an accomplished manager with at least 5 years experience of managing a multi-location network of EASA Part 145 Line Stations across EU countries. Operator or third party provider experience will both be highly regarded.
 

Key tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

 

- Taking full responsibility for implementing growth plans of FL Technics Line, an independent business unit of FL Technics;

 

- Setting and maintaining operational standards for the fast expanding network of Line Stations across EU, CEE, and CIS countries;

  

- Improving operational procedures, reporting processes, etc. within FL Technics Line network;

  

- Leading and guiding the team of technical and admin professionals to achieve business objectives;

  

- Participating in customer meetings, representing FL Technics Line in all customer dealings, contract negotiations, and post-contract implementation.

  

The position will be based out of Vilnius, Lithuania. Proficiency in English is a must. German, French, Spanish or Russian languages are an advantage in selecting the right candidate.
