UAB “FL Technics”, legal entity code 300517602, address Rodūnios kelias 2, LT-02189 Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”) commits to ensure security of personal data and protection of the rights of the users using and navigating the Company’s Website https://www.fltechnics.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) as well as other data subjects, interacting with the Company in a number of different ways.
This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) specifies the data collected by the Company, means and sources wherefrom this data is obtained, the legal basis for processing of personal data as well as actions and measures, which have been taken by the Company to protect the data collected.
By using the Company’s services and/or browsing the Website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as well as the general rules (Site Usage Policy) for using the Website.
All personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WHEN YOU PROVIDE QUESTIONS, REQUESTS, OTHER INFORMATION

3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR EMPLOYEES’ RECRUITMENT PURPOSES

We inform you that we will process your personal data for the purposes of the recruitment based on your consent and expressed by submitting this data. We will store such submitted information until the position is open, unless you specifically agree with longer storage periods.
Please note that in order to evaluate your candidacy, we can contact your former employers for information about your qualifications, professional skills, and business characteristics. Information from your current employer may be collected only when you express us your unambiguous consent.
If, after considering your candidacy, we will choose a candidate who is more qualified to meet our requirements, we may request your individual consent for the purpose of storing your personal data collected at the time of selection and use it for the purpose of conducting other recruitments and contacting you accordingly.
If we obtain such consent, we will process your personal data mentioned above for two years from the date of consent.
Once you have provided such consent, you are entitled to withdraw it at any time. If you exercise the right to withdraw consent, we will take actions to delete your personal data without any undue delay. Unless you state that it is designed for a position in a particular company only, by submitting your personal data (CV, etc.) to our general e-mail, where no ad for open position has been specifically published by us, you agree that we may submit such data to our subsidiaries, Avia Solutions Group PLC

4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE SHAREHOLDERS, OTHER DATA SUBJECTS

 

The Company processes the personal data of its shareholders as well as information on ultimate beneficial owners to fulfil its legal obligations, laid down in applicable securities market, anti-money laundering and related legal requirements.
The Company stores personal data of its shareholders to the extent necessary for achieving the purposes for which they are processed, all in accordance with applicable legal requirements. The Company also processes the personal data of different categories of data subjects (clients, business partners, suppliers, other counterparties as well as their employees and agents), interacting with the Company in several different ways for the purposes of conclusion, performance, administration, support
contractual arrangements, creation, development, improvement of business and related legal interest of the Company, defending itself from statements of claims, exercise of its rights and interest as well as fulfilment of obligations imposed on the Company by applicable legal acts.
Please note that some of the said data may be accessible to other group and related companies, situated both within and outside the EEA. We will ensure that personal data will be transferred only if there is a sufficient basis for this under the GDPR and other applicable legal acts – such data transfer may be necessary for conclusion and performance of agreements, it may also be based on other grounds, conditions and exceptions listed in the GDPR. We will take reasonable measures in order that data processors and recipients would process received data in accordance with the GDPR and other mandatory legal requirements (among other things, if necessary, we will ensure that data transfer or processing agreement is made in accordance with the standard data protection terms approved by the European Commission).

6. PROCESSORS. DATA RECIPIENTS

 

The Company also uses the services provided by third parties (such as third-party data centres, servers, website design, administration services, online traffic and website analysis, statistics, direct marketing services, mailers, messengers, etc.) that may require access to your personal data to the appropriate extent. In this case, the Company ensures that the data processors comply with the obligations of confidentiality and adequate personal data protection.
We also use dedicated service providers to send newsletters and other promotional or related information, as well as to collect and transfer analytical information on statistical use of such information we sent to you.

 

7. DATA RETENTION

 

Your personal data is generally stored for no longer than legally required or absolutely necessary for the purposes we have collected it. Your personal data processed for the purposes of direct marketing will be stored for no longer than 2 years from the date of your most recent consent (if we have received a separate consent) or the date of completion or expiration of the relevant contract (as the case may be). Your personal data will be deleted within a reasonable time after the specified deadline.
Longer periods of personal data retention may be applied where:
– there is a reasonable suspicion of an unlawful act which is a subject to the investigation;

solution to the problem. Upon receipt of your request and after successful completion of the above inspection, we undertake to
inform you without undue delay, but in any case, no later than within one month after the receipt of your request and the completion of the verification procedure, information about the actions that we have taken in response to your request. Depending on the complexity and number of requests, we have the right to extend the said one-month period for another two months.
If your request is submitted electronically, we will also provide you with an answer by electronic means, except where this is not possible or if you ask you to respond in a different way.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

This Privacy Policy may be updated by the Company from time to time. The Company will inform you about the updates by submitting a new version of the Privacy Policy along with the last date of updates. If any provision of the Privacy Policy is deemed void or inapplicable, such provision shall not affect the legality and validity of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies from 24 May 2018.

    2. The transparency of the personal data procession is very important for us, therefore this Video Surveillance (CCTV) Privacy Policy describes how and where we process your personal data collected by the Video surveillance cameras.
  2. Why do we collect personal data?
    1. Video surveillance is carried out for the following purposes:
      1. protection of the property on the premises against damage and loss;
      2. protection of property, health and life of other persons;
      3. prevention of the third parties’ unlawful activities on the premises.
  3. What are the sources we collect personal data from?
    1. We collect personal data using the technical measures, i.e. video cameras and similar technologies.
  4. To whom do we transfer your Personal Data
    1. Group companies.
      1. Usually, we do not share personal data with the other Avia Solutions Group PLC companies, but if it becomes necessary for reaching the goals and for the purpose of the principle of legitimate interests, your personal data is likely to be transferred to the associated companies of Avia Solutions Group PLC.
    2. Law enforcement institutions, public and local authorities.
      1. In order to fulfil our legal obligation, we may transfer your personal data to the law enforcement institutions, public and local authorities at their request. Moreover, we may transfer your personal data to the law enforcement institutions, public and local authorities in pursuit of our legitimate interest: to establish, exercise and defend legal claims.
  5. Where is your personal data processed?
    1. We always aim at processing your personal data in the European Union (hereinafter – “EU”) and EEA Member States. Your personal data shall not be transferred to or processed in the countries outside the EU and EEA.
  6. How long is your personal data stored for?
    1. Personal data shall not be stored for a period longer than 30 (thirty) calendar days, except for the cases, where the records contain information necessary to reach a goal. In this case, the record shall be stored until the issue detected is eliminated or a relevant investigation is completed.

    1. The data protection legislation grants you the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:
      1. Right of access to personal data.
        1. You have the right to request us to confirm if we process the personal data related to you and to request the access to the personal data that we are processing.

        1. We would like to inform you that due to the nature of surveillance by video cameras the data may not be rectified.
      3. Right to object to the processing of the personal data, where the grounds for the processing are the legitimate interests of the Company.
        1. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in the cases, where the grounds for the processing are our legitimate interests; however, if we have compelling grounds that the data must be processed, we will process the personal data irrespective of your objection.
        2. We would like to inform you that due to the nature of surveillance by video cameras we cannot guarantee that your right to object to the processing of your personal data may be fully exercised as the data are collected automatically and if you are not an object of video cameras, you will not be able to do your tasks or receive our services.
      4. Right to erasure.
        1. Under certain circumstances, you have the right to erasure of your personal data. This provision, however, shall not be applied if such data must be processed under legal acts.
        2. We would also like to inform you that due to the nature of surveillance by video cameras the data of a specific person may be impossible to erase.
      5. Restriction of the data processing.
        1. Under certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.
        2. We would like to inform you that due to the nature of surveillance by video cameras we cannot guarantee that your right to restrict the processing of your personal data may be fully exercised as, in this case, the personal data are collected automatically and if you are not an object of video cameras, you will not be able to do your work or receive our services.
      6. Right to lodge a complaint.
        1. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory  authority (State Data Protection Inspectorate, L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, LT-10312 Vilnius; tel. (+370 5) 271 2804, 279 1445; e-mail: [email protected]), where you believe that we improperly process your personal data or improperly exercise your rights. When making a complaint it is recommended to follow a memo for persons intending to address the State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding the complaint
      7. We are entitled to refuse to provide the processed personal data or exercise the other right in the event where certain circumstances referred to in other applicable legal acts or reasons, in the presence whereof we may refrain from the provision of such data or from exercising the other right, are identified.

Where the personal information is inquired by a representative, a proper and valid document certifying the representation and a document certifying the person’s identity shall be provided.

 

12. VIRTUAL TRAINING RECORDING PRIVACY POLICY

  1. We care about protection of your privacy
    1. To ensure that your personal data is always secure with us, and that the data processing complies with the current personal data protection laws, our internal policies, guidelines and procedures, we have been implementing the respective measures
    2. The transparency of the personal data procession is very important for us, therefore this Virtual Training Recording Privacy Policy describes how and where we process your personal data collected by the recording of Virtual Training.
  1. Why do we collect personal data?
    1. To ensure student attendance in Virtual Training according to European Union Aviation Safety Agency (hereinafter – EASA) requirements. According to EASA requirements, the minimum attendance time for the student should not be less than 90% of the total training hours. Students’ invisibility on the screen must be recorded and actual attendance time calculated.
    2. For internal and external audit purposes according to EASA requirements.
  1. What personal data we collect?
    1. Image;
    2. Audio;
    3. surname;
    4. Email address;
    5. Date and time (date, start and end hours, duration hours and minutes).
  1. What are the sources we collect personal data from?
    1. We collect personal data using the technical measures, i.e. Microsoft Teams meeting / call recording function (hereinafter – “MS Teams”). The recording captures audio, video, and screen sharing activity.
  2. To whom do we transfer your Personal Data
    1. Avia Solutions Group PLC as it is our IT network administrator and IT services supplier.

    3. Civil Aviation Authority for audit purposes (if required).
    4. Law enforcement institutions, public and local authorities (if required).

    1. We always aim at processing your personal data in the EU and EEA Member States. Your personal data shall not be transferred to or processed in the countries outside the EU and EEA.

    1. Personal data shall not be stored for a period longer than 5 (five) months. Personal data shall be stored for 3 months (2 months maximum length of the Virtual Training course and 1 month for the Virtual Training certificate issuance). After 3 months the recording is being deleted automatically, with the possibility to recover the Virtual Training recording for additional 2 months due to unforeseen circumstances as may be required.

    1. The data protection legislation grants you the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:
      1. Right of access to personal data.
        1. You have the right to request us to confirm if we process the personal data related to you and to request the access to the personal data that we are processing.
