Aviation is a strategic sector in Lithuania, but during the latest years there is a lack of professional employees in this market.

While the main value of FL Technics is its employees, the Training Academy project purpose is to foster the growth of new generation of professional aviation mechanics.

Project is a real opportunity to get qualification in 18 month period through theoretical and practical courses.

Who can apply

• If you are elder than 18 years old;
• You have secondary or profession education (technical education would be an advantage);
• You speak Lithuanian, basic knowledge of English (Russian would be an advantage);
• You are interested in mechanics, aviation, construction and etc.
Study price

You do not pay for the studies, you get scholarship, but after graduation you are obliged to become employed in FL Technics. We seek mutual commitments and serious decisions to work together.
